We are featuring Spanish cuisine this summer as part of our award‑winning breakfast buffet, which has received the Jalan Award for two consecutive years. Enjoy a taste of Spain and feel the Mediterranean breeze as you start your day.
Spanish Dishes (July–September Limited Menu)
● Seafood Paella
A beloved rice dish originating from the Valencia region of Spain.
Our version features shrimp, squid, mussels,
and other flavorful seafood,
with a touch of Ryukyu mugwort to create a unique Okinawan twist.
● Tortilla Española (Spanish Omelette)
A traditional Spanish egg dish,
cooked in a round pan and finished at a thickness of about 3 cm.
Made with Okinawan Ryukyu eggs,
potatoes, and onions, it is simple yet rich in flavor.
● Gazpacho (Andalusian Cold Tomato Soup)
A refreshing cold soup from Andalusia, made with tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, and other fresh vegetables.
Blended with olive oil, vinegar, and bread,
it becomes creamy and nutritious—perfect for Okinawa’s
hot summer days.
Often called a “drinkable salad,”
this dish is both light and satisfying.
