and a branded egg bowl.

This seafood bowl is made with a generous amount of fresh seasonal fish purchased from Fukuoka's Nagahama fishing port, making it look like a jewel box.
We are particular about the vinegared rice, and use Okinawan brown sugar and Okinawan Shimamasu.

An exquisite breakfast dessert that is crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside!
A luxurious egg-fried rice dish made with branded eggs, topped with plenty of chicken bushi, and topped with a blend of Itoshima's Kitai soy sauce and smoked soy sauce.
We use fresh seasonal vegetables from Kyushu. Among them, soy sauce and miso are sweets produced in Fukuoka Prefecture.
