The breakfast buffet at The BREAKFAST HOTEL Fukuoka Nakasu
focuses on locally sourced and homemade ingredients,
including a pork bowl topped with fragrantly grilled branded pork,
a seafood bowl topped with extremely fresh seasonal fish from Fukuoka Prefecture,
and a branded egg bowl.
We offer our signature dishes in buffet style,
including the finest French toast
and the ultimate egg-fried rice made with carefully selected ingredients.

This seafood bowl is made with a generous amount of fresh seasonal fish purchased from Fukuoka's Nagahama fishing port, making it look like a jewel box.
We are particular about the vinegared rice, and use Okinawan brown sugar and Okinawan Shimamasu.
Enjoy with your favorite toppings and 3 types of soy sauce.
An exquisite breakfast dessert that is crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside!
A luxurious egg-fried rice dish made with branded eggs, topped with plenty of chicken bushi, and topped with a blend of Itoshima's Kitai soy sauce and smoked soy sauce.
We use fresh seasonal vegetables from Kyushu. Among them, soy sauce and miso are sweets produced in Fukuoka Prefecture.
Breakfast hours are divided into the following four periods, and take-out boxes will only be provided to customers whose desired time slot is full.
① 7:00～7:45
② 7:45～8:30
③ 8:30～9:15
④ 9:15～10:00
Feel free to enjoy your favorite dishes in your room or take them out.
