これまで無料でご利用いただいておりましたランドリールームの洗濯機・乾燥機につきまして、

2026年9月7日より有料とさせていただくこととなりました。

ご利用料金は以下のとおりです。

・洗濯機：1回　   400円（洗剤は自動投入）

・乾燥機：20分　100円

ご利用のお客様にはご負担をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Regarding the washing machines and dryers in the laundry room, which have been available free of charge until now,

we will begin charging a fee for their use starting September 7, 2026.

The usage fees are as follows:

Washing machine: 400 yen per load (detergent is automatically dispensed)

Dryer: 100 yen for 20 minutes
